The status of "Waiting on Response" for one of your Tickets means that it is waiting for you, one of your team-mates, or someone from your organization or association to respond to the AppKu™ team.
This status also generally means that the AppKu™ team cannot make further progress on the Ticket until the response is given. Depending on the urgency of your Ticket, you may need to reach out to those involved within your organization directly to speed up resolution of your Ticket.
